The conditions of anonymity in elections were created in the distant past as a guaranteed prerequisite for manipulation and election fraud.
Paradoxically, the ambitious young generation and a certain category of pensioners are immune to the fear of losing their jobs, businesses, sources of income, and housing due to possible threats and reprisals from the official State power in case of violation of the anonymity of elections.
How the elections look statistically now.
Representatives of the state bureaucracy and their relatives and friends in the hybrid state/private business, including their entire staff of employees along with their relatives and friends, all vote for themselves in elections.
Budgetary organizations – the army, special services, police, prisons, medical system, education, and science – support the reincarnation of state bureaucracy by fiat.
The state bureaucracy, logically, has a monopoly on organizing and legitimizing elections because it possesses power which was formally obtained as a result of previous successful elections.
No less legitimate would be parallel, anti-anonymous, identifiable interactive elections in the format of a website if they procured a majority of votes
This will be a massive trigger in the buildup of irrational Fear, which will have a fatal, disorganizing effect on the Privileged Caste of State Power.
It is very convenient, effective, and efficient to upload your photo and specify your name and address of residence through WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram, or via any gadget, and then, the voter can promptly monitor the safety and reliability of his choice.
Imagine a situation where identifiable elections got 60% of votes from the population with the right to vote, and the state bureaucracy assures through anonymous elections that it got 60% of the votes. In the first case, there is evidence of real voters and their real choice, and in the second case, there is evidence of election fraud.
For an identifiable voter to be invulnerable and protected from any accusations from the authorities for violating election procedures, it is necessary to take part in two parallel elections under the pretext of preventing electoral fraud.
In official elections, one should symbolically vote against all candidates, and in alternative elections, one should vote for the New Ideology, a specific Plan and Program of Modern State Democratic Policy. A historical analogy with the wide acceptance of Christianity is appropriate here.
In such a case, there will be no violation of the law, and the results of the election will be obvious and very convincing, so that the authorities, under certain conditions, could recognize them.
The main condition, of course, will be Amnesty for all resigned members of the state bureaucracy, which will nullify the prospect of legal prosecution against those who have been involved in legal conflicts, or, to put it simply, committed crimes.
This would be a reasonable compromise, an alternative to a gangster-like seizure of power, a coup d'état, which could be attempted by the state authorities should they feel any legal danger in case of the loss of power.
Those members of the state bureaucracy who wished to remain in their comfortable positions in the state apparatus, legislative bodies, and the judicial system, will be in a bad spot because a total audit of the sources of income and their legality will ensue quickly and without bureaucratic delays, as well as an audit of all acquired property.
All laws and bylaws will be subject to a total revision to check their compliance with modern State Democratic Policy.
