Likewise, working in prostitution, women with criminal tendencies may have at some time or some place participated, leading to criminal incidents and a bad reputation for female prostitutes. Or insufficient hygienic control by a degenerate female may have led to medical excesses or a persistent bad reputation for this profession.
But, by and large, there are casual, incompetent people in any job. This does not detract from the importance of qualified professional workers.
