The Essence of State Power and the Essence of Modern State Democratic Policy
The essence of the emergence of such a phenomenon as a democratic state, not as a national territorial entity, but as a political nation, lies in the mental evolution of human self-consciousness - this as a sense of Kindness (religious commitment and faith) and understanding (existential philosophy as a creative spontaneous discovery - the historical example of Jesus Christ) the immortality of the Human Spirit and the human soul,
Whose original manifestation is the equality of the sexes between man and woman, as the original desire for human community, which is the basis of the love and kindness that people turn to one another.
It is in this that the divine essence of man manifests, in the desire to share with others, in the desire to help others, to share one's life with others. It is in this that the essence of attaining vital harmony with the world around us and with ourselves is revealed.
This, as a spontaneous sublimation from the transcendental to the existential of such essences as the Immortality of the Human Spirit as Goodness and Creativity, which are verbalized as political self-awareness in such basic Postulates of human existence as the self worth and uniqueness of individuality, which forms the freedom of the individual that is:
1. Freedom of conscience
2. Freedom of thought
3. Freedom of speech
4. Freedom of private property
5. Freedom of movement.
From these innately given freedoms flow fundamental human rights, which are the basis and essence in the construction of a Democratic State Community that gives rise to modern democratic Law, Politics and Culture.
