Democracy is assessed based on a very simple Axiom – presence or absence of a Privileged State Caste, which means the presence or absence of Modern Democratic State Policy with a strategic goal to always Protect, Strengthen, and Develop Human Freedoms – of Individuality, Personality, and Human Rights.
This means an effective fight against crime with a tendency to reduce it significantly.
It is assessed by whether executive power grants individuals the right and opportunity to protect themselves from crime and provides the defender with absolute legal immunity.
It is assessed by the attitude toward freedom of speech, assemblies, and processions.
It is assessed by the attitude toward the freedom of private business in the sense of equal opportunity.
Based on the freedom of having private property and its inviolability (in the sense of tax policy and law order).
Based on the right to movement.
It is assessed by the extent of decent moral and economic assistance provided for the mentally and physically ill, pensioners, children, orphans, pregnant women, and the unemployed.
Democracy fosters conditions for creating families and having children, so Men and Women can love each other.
It is assessed based on attitudes toward sexual freedom – emancipation of women and legalization of Prostitution, disappearance of homophobia.
It is assessed based on attitudes toward the church.
It is assessed based on attitudes toward the culturological propaganda of triumph of Good over Evil.
It is assessed based on the representation of these values in various fields of art.
It is assessed based on the representation of these values in feature films.
It is assessed based on the representation of these values in journalistic literature.
It is assessed based on attitudes toward Culturological Advocacy of Health and Beauty.
It is assessed based on government investments in science.
